Air Force Real Estate Support Services
MCFA was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio, Texas to provide Real Estate Support Services and a full range of Advisory and Assistance Services to the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) and the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE). MCFA supports AFRPA and AFCEE through the examination, identification, evaluation, procurement, and execution of Value Based Transactions using the Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) legislative authority (10 USC 2667) and Military Housing Privatization Initiative. Our services include project identification and market and feasibility analysis; project definition, solicitation development, and procurement assistance; project negotiation and execution; and legal support services. We examine all types of uses of underutilized, non-excess property and include analysis for renewable energy and energy generation projects to help the Air Force meet its renewable energy goals. The Air Force currently seeks to achieve energy projects valued at more than $5 billion on its bases using the EUL authority.
