Jesse has over 15 years of experience in project leadership, human capital strategy and optimizing team performance. He has held leadership positions across the commercial real estate, construction management and management consulting industries. Prior to the private sector, Jesse served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps with 2d Battalion 5th Marines, where he deployed to Southeast Asia, Afghanistan and Australia. Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Gettysburg College, a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
