Our
Culture

From the first moment you interact with us, you will start to feel that this place is a little different.
Some of it might feel more structured than other places you’ve been – quarterly reviews and rewards, mandatory company-wide meetings with senior management every week, continuous celebrations of those who take initiative. Your manager may even ask strange questions like whether or not you sent a “warm blanket” to a customer.
Some of it might feel looser than other places you’ve been – very few management layers, minimal bureaucratic processes, and C-Suite executives who might be wearing a baseball cap!

mcfa solves problems
When you experience the mcfa culture a little longer, you see there’s much more beneath the surface. We are a no-nonsense organization that values and rewards self-starters. We place high value on pleasing customers, on employee self-improvement, and on people who seek out problems and solve them. We love well-rounded people – whether you are training for a triathlon, mastering a guitar riff, or are an aspiring gourmet chef.
But admittedly, our culture is not for everyone. If you want to drop your shovel at 1600 hours, know that the rest of us are usually not doing that. We know you sometimes have to pick up kids, coach the team, make dinner. So do we. We find a way to make all of it work. We solve problems.

The mcfa Way
We’ve tried to build all of this into an operating system that we call, The mcfa Way. It is our system of attitudes, habits, tools, and rewards that defines and aligns our organization. It is the standard we operate by.

We believe a company’s culture can either be deliberate or will emerge anyway. The mcfa Way spells out our culture so that you can decide if you’re a great fit. People who fit become more creative, more energized and create more value than they could anywhere else.
