Gabby Rolley serves as Chief of Staff for Growth at mcfa. In this role, she owns the company’s business development pipeline and plays a central role in guiding mcfa’s overall growth strategy.
Gabby partners closely with project managers and practice leaders across the firm, establishing the qualification standards, cadences, and accountability structures that guide opportunities from early identification through qualified pursuit and, ultimately, signed contracts.
In support of this work, Gabby also leads pursuit and proposal coordination, marketing and branding efforts, and relationship management with teaming partners. Known for her people-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities, she plays a key role in advancing mcfa’s strategic growth objectives.
