Gabby Rolley serves as a Project Engineer and Chief of Staff to the Diversified Markets Division at mcfa. In her multi-functional role, she supports both project execution and the strategic, operational, and business development efforts of the division.
On the project side, Gabby works closely with project leaders across the Diversified Markets portfolio, supporting coordination, communication, and proactive problem-solving to help keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
As Chief of Staff, Gabby helps to oversee the divisional needs, helping to streamline priorities, track divisional goals, and support clear communication across the team. Her responsibilities include business development initiatives, proposal coordination, marketing and branding support, and relationship management with teaming partners. Known for her people-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities, Gabby plays a key role in supporting divisional operations while helping drive mcfa’s continued growth.
