Project Description
Since 2003, mcfa has served as a trusted program management partner to the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, supporting the full lifecycle of one of the Army’s most mission-critical research, development, and engineering installations. Over more than two decades of continuous engagement, mcfa has supported over $1.3 billion in construction, modernization, and capital investment across the C5ISR campus, delivering program and design management, construction management, commissioning support, operations and maintenance planning, maintenance recapitalization, capital investment strategy, strategic planning, and program scheduling and controls.
