Project Description
MCFA assisted NJDOT in creating a structured pathway for transitioning service members to enter the transportation sector. Through workshops, hiring strategies, and skill alignment programs, this initiative enhances workforce readiness and supports veterans in meaningful post-military careers.
Services performed included the following:
- Designed and facilitated veteran hiring and training programs.
- Developed gap analysis and implementation roadmaps.
- Supported NJDOT in aligning veteran workforce initiatives with business goals.
