Project Description

MCFA supported the Philadelphia 76ers in renovating their gameday facilities at the Wells Fargo Center. Acting as the tenant representative, our team ensured construction aligned with the NBA team’s schedule and operational requirements. We facilitated seamless coordination between designers, contractors, and facility management to deliver new state-of-the-art spaces, including a team lounge, locker room, and training areas, enhancing the overall player experience and team operations.

Services performed included the following:

  • Served as the tenant representative during preconstruction, construction, and project closeout.
  • Managed budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provided oversight of new locker rooms, team lounge, coaching offices, and training spaces.
