William Jarema, PE

Senior Project Engineer

William has extensive experience in managing and performing all phases of HVAC system engineering from concept development through construction administration. Engineering experience encompasses energy and payback analysis, mechanical master planning, energy modeling, equipment selection, system design, construction document preparation (including project specifications), HVAC design and construction budget estimating, and LEED submission documentation. System designs include geothermal and hybrid geothermal, air-cooled and water-cooled child water, ice and chilled water storage, water source heat pump, variable air volume, packaged rooftop, oil and gas-fired hot water, and steam heating.
