Rich is an experienced site and civil engineer with a background in engineering, project management, and technical support for a wide variety of clients. Graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Civil Engineering, he has over 40 years of experience and is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland. Rich currently serves as an engineer on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground for MCFA and is responsible for coordination with and supporting the Garrison in utility privatization.
