As a CPA with PNC Bank and later Ernst and Young, Ms. Fuhrman was a stickler for the details. She saw first-hand how organizations could break down if they aren’t using good financial analysis to make decisions and rigorous, repetitious processes in their operations. Before that experience, Ms. Fuhrman worked in the hotel industry where outstanding customer service wasn’t a competitive advantage, it was a minimum requirement. She started MCFA with these three principles as our hallmark. Ms. Fuhrman knew a consulting firm dedicated to unrelenting customer service, rigorous analysis, and process would flourish.
