Mike Pytlik, PMP, PSP, EVP

Director of Project Controls

Mike comes to mcfa with over 23 years’ experience in the Engineering & Construction industry. He has worked in a variety of industries and most recently worked on large scale transit projects in North America.  Mike offers an extensive background in project management, staff supervision, and developing project processes, with a history of success leading quality-driven business operations, delivering bottom-line growth, mobilizing teams, and exceeding high customer expectations.  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Construction Management and he holds a Master of Construction Management from North Dakota State University.   Mike has several professional certifications including, Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and an Earned Value Professional (EVP).  He also holds professional certificates from Rice University, the Warton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Leeds.  Mike is also an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE) currently serving as the Program and Project Management Subcommittee and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
