Matt serves as a construction manager, specializing in scheduling and cost-estimating services. He is proficient in a multitude of computer programs, including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Publisher. Matt has developed and continues to maintain strong professional relationships with Aberdeen Proving Ground DPW, US Corps of Engineers (USACE) and contractor personnel.
