Mr. Schmoll has over 22 years of experience in managing MCFA’s delivery of real estate support services, including site analysis and planning, market feasibility studies, development and execution of procurement strategies, source selection analysis, contract negotiation and execution, right-of-way assessments and acquisition, and post-closing management service on projects across the Mid-Atlantic states.  He has been responsible for developing support materials and studies for transportation projects and real property facilities that have included the following; Economic Development Strategies; Public/Private Partnerships; Tax Increment Financing; Real Estate Development Feasibility; Leasing and Ground Leases; Transaction Strategies; Developer/Joint Development Partnerships; Transit-Oriented Development; Transportation System Economies; Regional Economic Impact; Deal Structuring and Transaction Modeling; and Joint Development Partnerships.
