Mr. Kraemer is the Managing Principal of MCFA. A former Active Duty Engineer officer with experience in both combat engineering operations and Military Construction Programs, he brings over 13 years of leadership and management experience in Military Operations, Business Development, Organizational Management, Systems Engineering, Strategy, Construction Management, and Real Estate Investment and Development. As the Managing Principal, he oversees daily operations of MCFA, including Business Development, Project Delivery, and Finance & Admin. He is focused on solidifying the company’s business base while also looking at new and different ways to expand our services and client base. He is consistently challenging our team to think bigger and smarter to bring the most value to our clients and their projects.
