Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center to assess existing facilities and deficiencies against emerging mission requirements to create and execute a Strategic Infrastructure Master Plan the covered over 2 million square feet of lab, office and retail/ space across 5 major new construction projects.
Construction Activities – In addition to the preparation of strategic plans and facilities master planning associated with the move and new project construction, the mcfa team provided daily management of construction projects and coordination in the areas of electrical, environmental, mechanical, information technology, and security. Personnel specifically supported C5ISR Headquarters with PM/CM of mission critical spaces and ancillary support development including retail spaces necessary to support the daily population of 5,000+ employees.
Today, mcfa continues to provide PM/CM owner support for key facility planning and construction requirements including: project renovations and oversight of major MEP systems including HVAC operations and preventative maintenance across the campus. mcfa also provides construction management services for numerous mission facilities, including renovations and new facilities for administrative space, laboratory space, and tenant retail spaces.
