MCFA delivers market and feasibility reports within the Naval District of Washington.

MCFA performed master planning, market & feasibility analyses of potential Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) sites at various installations within the Naval District of Washington in support of NDW’s Regional Integrated Master Program (RIMP). As part of the analyses, MCFA evaluated Naval Support Facilities Indian Head and Dahlgren’s existing energy generation and infrastructure and analyzed potential energy saving alternatives under the Navy’s Energy Savings Performance Contract, Utility Energy Service Contract, and Enhanced Use Lease programs.

In addition MCFA managed strategy discussions and planning sessions with senior installation leadership, DPW, and NAVFAC and provided recommendations and briefings to Navy leadership.
