Military and Federal Facilities Senior “Planchitect”

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated person who engages in technical work that is grounded in the professions of planning, architecture and landscape architecture for the express purposes of creating and accelerating entrepreneurial project development solutions for facilities and infrastructure programs in support of agency mission requirements.

What we will need from you is:

  • Experience and Achievements – 12+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in the development of master plans and project development programs for major military and federal facilities, missions, installations, campuses, or enterprises
  • Industry Credentials – Professional certifications as an AICP Certified Planner, Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or Registered Landscape Architect
  • Technical Expertise – Strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, development of course of action alternatives, evaluation of alternatives, and developing technical reports and presentations, project schedules and workplans
  • Travel – Ability to travel periodically to various military and federal installations across the U.S. and attend and share your expertise and client success stories at key industry conferences
  • Work Authorization: US Citizenship, the ability to receive US Government contractor credentials and authorization to work at Department of Defense military installations and other federal agency facilities

Transportation and Infrastructure Senior “Plangineer”

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated person who engages in technical work that is grounded in the professions of planning and civil engineering for the express purposes of creating and accelerating entrepreneurial engineering solutions for transportation and infrastructure programs for public agencies and private clients.

What we will need from you is:

  • Gets it, Wants it and Capacity to Execute (GWC) – Alignment with the mcfa Core Values of White Glove Customer Service, Intentional Creativity and Curiosity, Extreme Ownership, Teamwork, and Fun
  • Experience and Achievements – 12+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in horizontal infrastructure assessment, planning, preliminary engineering studies, design, and construction projects for transportation and infrastructure agencies. Experience with PANYNJ, NJTA, NJDOT, MDOT, VDOT, and/or PENNDOT projects required.
  • Industry Credentials – Professional certifications as a Professional Engineer required
  • Technical Expertise – Strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, engineering design studies and assessments, constructability reviews, developing technical reports and presentations, and project schedules and workplans
  • Travel – Ability to travel periodically to various transportation agencies and project sites across the Mid-Atlantic and attend and share your expertise and client success stories at key industry conferences

  • Industry Credentials – Experience and education eligibility to obtain AICP Certified Planner, Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or Registered Landscape Architect credentials within 6 months of hire
  • Technical Expertise – Strong skills in the development of course of action alternatives, evaluation of alternatives, and developing technical reports and presentations and demonstrated mastery with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and/or ArcGIS platforms required
  • Travel – Ability to travel periodically to various military and federal installations across the U.S.
  • Work Authorization: US Citizenship, the ability to receive US Government contractor credentials and authorization to work at Department of Defense military installations and other federal agency facilities

  • Experience and Achievements – 3-8 years of demonstrated experience in horizontal infrastructure assessment, planning, preliminary engineering studies, design, and construction projects for transportation and infrastructure agencies. Experience with PANYNJ, NJTA, NJDOT, MDOT, VDOT, or PENNDOT projects preferred.
  • Industry Credentials – EIT credential required and experience and education eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer credentials within 6 months of hire
  • Technical Expertise – Strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, engineering design studies, geometric evaluations, maintenance of traffic plans, and developing technical reports and presentations and demonstrated mastery with Bently MicroStation platforms required
  • Travel – Ability to travel periodically to various transportation agencies and project sites across the Mid-Atlantic
  • Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
