What we will need from you is:

  • Experience and Achievements – 12+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in the development of master plans and project development programs for major military and federal facilities, missions, installations, campuses, or enterprises
  • Industry Credentials – Professional certifications as an AICP Certified Planner, Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or Registered Landscape Architect
  • Technical Expertise – Strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, development of course of action alternatives, evaluation of alternatives, and developing technical reports and presentations, project schedules and workplans

Transportation and Infrastructure Senior “Plangineer”

What we will need from you is:

Junior “Trainee” Civil Engineer

In search of highly motivated EITs or newly certified PE-civil engineers to join the MCFA team. Candidates should be highly motivated, have strong oral and written communication skills, and the desire to work in a team environment.

Junior Energy Engineer

We are in search of highly motivated and capable individuals with experience in clean energy & energy efficiency implementation. In this role, you will be challenged to help navigate and implement a major energy provider’s green energy initiative. Responsible for the stewardship of taxpayer dollars and the overall improvement of our community. Senior Energy Engineer

Geotechnical Engineer

MCFA is in search of a Geotechnical Engineer for soil testing inspections. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated & qualified individual, with experience in quality assurance and quality control testing of materials related to soils and aggregates in the field.

What we will need from you is:

  • Experience and Achievements – Familiar with ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI standards for testing and inspections.

  • Technical Education – 2-3 years equivalent work experience; education from accredited university in any of the following: Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering (is a plus).
  • Travel – Required to visit job sites for testing. Candidates are required to hold a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
