Engineer Efficiency Brand Ambassador
mcfa is searching for Energy Efficiency Brand ambassadors with the basic skills and motivation to work in a team environment with our client, utility provider and customers to deliver the commercial energy efficiency programs to eligible customers. This team is responsible to:
- Implement and support program outreach strategy
- Validate projects and manage pipeline
- Clearly articulate the program offerings to customers and determine potential energy efficiency improvements
- Conduct walk-through assessments/evaluations of facilities
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
- Generate leads from incoming customer inquiries
- Represent program at applicable target market meetings
- Work with operations and project coordination staff to populate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to provide accurate project forecasting/market knowledge
- Work with customers and trade allies to obtain the required documentation for rebate programs (applications, invoices, W9, etc.)
- Possess basic knowledge of the CRM database and have the ability to keep track of deadlines and forecasts of assignments with limited scope
- Ability to handle multiple projects with limited scope
- Participate in the community partner program events

Army Real Property Senior GIS Specialist at APG
mcfa is searching for talented GIS specialists to be part of a robust, multi-discipline team supporting the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Directorate of Public Works Master Planning Division and Real Property Management Branch. The role requires experience and familiarity in the use of ESRI’s ArcMap, ESRI’s ArcCatalog ESRI’s ArcSDE, Bentley’s Geographic’s, Bentley’s Map, and Bentley’s MicroStation 8i or later software platforms and the ability to follow and execute a variety of Army and Garrison mapping and master planning procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for assisting the government GIS Lead in maintaining, updating APG’s GIS Systems, to include all software, licenses, databases and applications and providing migration strategies and system upgrade recommendations using the latest industry practices and standards.
- Responsible for performing data analysis and reports using ArcGIS and migrating data to the current SDSFIE Schema, SDSFIE-V 4.0 Army Adaptation data model and all Army QAP Standards.
