Mr. Vesay is an experienced leader and manager with more than 25 years of program, quality management and organizational leadership experience. A former career Army Officer and senior-level industry leader, he has led several disaster response programs ranging from Hurricane Sandy in NYC, to Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi, to numerous military contingency operations, including Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq Survey Group). Mr. Vesay also has extensive experience with quality control on large scale projects funded by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, FEMA, or HUD. He understands client intent and program requirements and excels at developing and integrating strategic plans and an execution strategy to client requirements, resulting in program success.
