Mr. Weissman has 29 years of professional experience specializing in the development, economic analysis, and strategic planning of energy and infrastructure projects for the federal government, state and local governments, municipalities, and public and private corporations. He has significant experience conducting energy audits, developing facility energy use baselines, and developing and implementing energy management best practices for MCFA clients. As a retired Colonel in the US Army, Jeff was previously in charge of $4B of aging physical infrastructure as a base commander, leading efforts to make it energy efficient.
