Mr. Schaefer is an experienced project manager and mission facilities requirements planner with over two decades working on projects in the USACE Baltimore AOR and extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and government/military practices. He possesses an extensive background in leading large and diverse teams over multiple projects simultaneously. Mr. Schaefer serves as Senior Project Manager on large-scale facility design and construction projects across the region. He has a proven ability to apply a customer-oriented approach to project management, ensuring that the client’s needs are achieved while consistently remaining within project guidelines.
