Happy 249th Birthday, USA!
I love the 4th of July- a day to celebrate the birth of The United States of America.
249 years ago, bold visionaries signed their names to an idea bigger than themselves: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
And for 249 years, generations of Americans have worked- through toil, blood, and treasure- not only to defend those ideals, but to refine them, strengthen them, and strive to live up to them.
We are a nation built on the idea that progress is never finished.
A nation where adversity is not the exception- but the path.
A nation where every generation is called to lead, to serve, and to contribute to the promise of something greater.
Leadership is no different.
Whether you’re leading a family, a team, a company, or simply striving to lead yourself- the work is never done.
✅ Leadership is about vision- seeing beyond today’s struggles.
✅ Leadership is about service- putting mission and people before self.
✅ Leadership is about courage- stepping up when it matters most.
This 4th of July, let’s celebrate with parades, fireworks, bonfires, and barbeques- and let’s also recommit to doing our part to make sure America’s next 249 years are worthy of those who came before us.
