
MCFA is thrilled to announce a new addition to our team; please welcome William Jarema! Earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, Mr. Jarema is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Pennsylvania with 34 years of experience managing and performing all phases of HVAC system engineering from concept development through construction administration. Mr. Jarema is well-versed in engineering and system designs, with expertise in mechanical and value engineering, design-bid-build, LEED submission and review, construction administration, scoping documents, energy modeling and mechanical master planning.
Mr. Jarema comes to MCFA from over 20 years at Ewing Cole, where he was a principle in the role of HVAC Group Leader for the Government, Cultural and Academic Market Sectors. In this role, he was key in the establishment and growth of the cultural practice, established procedures for tracking, maintaining and distributing HVAC software, and created standard Control Diagrams and Sequences.
Mr. Jarema recently served as the Lead Mechanical Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers NY District US Army Corps of Engineers (New York District) in the design of the 150,000 sf Cyber & Engineering Academic Center at West Point, NY. With a plethora of impressive projects throughout his years of experience, MCFA is confident that Mr. Jarema will be a strong asset to the company.
