General Services Administration Contract
MCFA is pre-qualified by the General Services Administration (GSA) under the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) schedule and is accessible by all federal agencies. The GSA schedule may also be used by non-federal government customers to procure our services.
In 2002, the Chief of Naval Operations promulgated Sea Power 21 to provide a framework to align, organize, and integrate the U.S. Navy to meet the wide variety of challenges that lie ahead. To meet Sea Power 21 objectives and increase efficiency, the Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Centers established the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle.
Huntsville Resource Efficiency Manager
Continuing with its energy conservation specialization, MCFA was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (Contract # W912DY-09-D-0048) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville, Alabama (CEHNC) for Army Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) services for up to $40 million over a period of 5 years.
Air Force Real Estate Support Services
MCFA was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio, Texas to provide Real Estate Support Services and a full range of Advisory and Assistance Services to the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) and the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE).
